Firstly Our reflective material production will produce the reflective heat transfer logo, before deliver, we will do reflectivity testing, washing testing and appearance inspection in our reflective material production with professional machine to ensure the quality of reflective heat transfer logo.
Our garments production will apply the reflective heat transfer logo onto the finished safety vest. Before bulk production, we will do trail testing to find out the best heat transfer operation (good durability, no printing mark, etc.).
After the trial testing, we will start bulk production of the reflective heat transfer logo; we will measure the printing position with a board to ensure the correct printing position.
The obvious defects (leftovers, dirty etc.) will be fixed directly. Before package, we will inspect the reflective heat transfer logo printing again, bad quality will be rejected.
