But in fact, more and more women workers are working for the city constructions, most of the women found the safety vest in the market is too large for them, since most of the women are smaller than men. In this case, with the requirement of the market, the plan of making the safety vest for women should be put into practice and production.
Chinastars had been produced pink color safety vest to UK market in 5 years ago, but only yellow and orange color fluorescent fabric can meet EN ISO 20471 standard at that time, all the other color like pink and green color from china could not meet the requirement. If clients need to meet EN ISO 20471 standard, we have to purchase the fabric from Taiwan China where can produce the fabric meet EN 471 standard. But after a few years, with rapidly developing of the market and the science technical, fabric suppliers can produce the fabric with pink, green color to meet both EN 471 and ANSI/ISEA standard, not only the tricot fabric, but also the mesh fabric for US market.
In early July, we made a pink safety vest sample with 2 vertical reflective tapes front and back to US clients, of course the size is suit for women. And finally get it approved. We got the 2first trial order of the safety vest on September.
Pink color reflective vest look much more shining than yellow and orange color, although it is much smaller than men size; it looks more suitable and I think it will be more popular.
