The standard of EN20471 and ANSI 107 for safety clothes
For the minimum area of fabric and reflective material, EN20471 and ANSI 107 have the same standard. See below chart:

For the distance between reflective tapes, the width of reflective tapes and the design of the safety clothes, EN20471 and ANSI 107 have the different standard.
1:the distance between reflective tapes should not be less than 5CM.ANSI 107:the distance between reflective tapes should not be less than the width of reflective tape.
2:The width of fabric and reflective material should not be less than 5CM.ANSI 107:for 3 class safety clothes, the width of reflective tape should not be less than 5cm.For 2 class safety clothes ,the width of reflective tape should not be less than 3.5cm.For 1 class safety clothes, the width of reflective tape should not be less than 2.5cm.
3:For the vest, if there are two vertical tapes, then it must have one horizontal tape. If there is no vertical tape, then it must have two horizontal tapes.
For long sleeve clothes, if there are two vertical tapes, then it must have one horizontal tape.
For pants, there are at least two reflective tapes and the distance of two tapes needs to be more than 5cm. For coverall without sleeve, upper body is according to the standard of vest, lower body is according to the standard of pants. For coverall with sleeve, upper body is according to the standard of long sleeve clothes, lower body is according to the standard of pants.
ANSI 107: For coverall, there should be two horizontal reflective tapes. For jacket, safety vest, and raincoat, there should at least be one horizontal and two vertical reflective tapes. For long sleeve clothes, coverall without sleeve and pants, need two tapes on the legs.
