How is the reflective logo coming out

1. Laser machine cutting: This is the most common way we make the reflective logo. We only need to upload your artwork into our computer and the laser machine will cut the reflective heat transfer film. The advantage is that the process is quite easy. You only need to wait till the cutting finish. But there is a big limit is that the logo can not be too small or too thin. Otherwise the laser will break it.

2. To solve the problem, I will introduce you the second technique. It is quite similar to silk screen printing. We will need to set up a mold based on your artwork and brush the glue above the reflective glass beads film. The advantage is the logo can be made without any size limited (of course can not larger than the reflective glass beads film) and in multi colors.

3. The above two techniques are aim at the single logo. If you need the reflective fabric with continuous and regular logo, we are able to build the roller and print it based on your artwork.
